As a consultant, I have worked across multiple industries from public and private sectors, solving complex client problems. As part of my Deloitte work, below are some of the projects that I worked on.
Identity and Access Management
In this project, I worked through the entire project lifecycle, from scoping, leading requirements workshops, creating user flows, working with developers and architects on solution design, documenting business logic, building test cases and assiting automated and manual testing phases.
Requisition Approval Workflow
This implementation project involved configuring approval workflow rules in Oracle Fusion Cloud for a client within supply chain industry. Alongside technical work, I had to validate with primary stakeholders, perform workflow testing and provide training documentation.
KPI Management Maturity Model
This project involved preparing a maturity model, communicating with key stakeholders and providing recommendations to a classified client on their budgetting software.
Certifications
Certified Professional Scrum Master I
PSM I is recognised by the industry as a certification that demonstrates a fundamental level of Scrum mastery. As a PSM I certification holder, you have proven that you understand Scrum as described in the Scrum Guide and how to apply Scrum in Scrum Teams. PSM I holders have a consistent terminology and approach to Scrum.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt possesses a thorough understanding of the elementary aspects of the Lean Six Sigma Method including competence in the subject matters contained within the phases of Define, Measure, and Control (DMC). A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt understands how to implement, perform, interpret and apply Lean Six Sigma in a skilled yet limited and / or supportive context.
